squarenose front exhaust with stock waterbox?

i cut my hole a little short wondering where i can find flexible hose so i dont have to waist a oem hose to work. big question has any one did this with stock water box on a square, i asked yamaslut he said he used factory water box just wasnt sure if factory waterbox is smaller? im trying to correct the hole i made and get it right this weekend

I sent Jesse (Wasteland) some marine exhaust tubing recently---I could pick some up (on Monday) and get it mailed out to you with your other stuff. What size is the O.D. on the water box? How long do you need?

Did you try napa for the flex hose? That one by Ryans I bet has it. We went in looking for the silicone coupler hose and the guy pulled out flex radiator hose. Oh yeah they also have the coupler hose also since they sell semi parts

I recently bought three feet of silicone coupler hose...:biggrin:

ill measure tonight. but hose fits perfect with 2" copper .i got a 2" tee and oem hoses just didnt want to put another 15.00 copper fitting and a million hose clamps. you would probaslly know how much i would need more then myself . doesnt your wamilton boat have front exhaust. if you could get me a piece that would be cool.

. has any one done this with stock water box? or do i need fp waterbox. mines off a little just dont want to cut a nother big hole in my boat.jjohn let me know if you need specs still i tried to call you lasat night.i need to get that head from you to put on my blaster. maybe we can get up later tonight or tomorrow call me.

i measured the inside diameter of pipe is 2"

The stock waterbox will work fine. That's how I had mine set-up before I put the FP box in.

Looks like the word is out that I have access to Marine Tubing. :27: I'll be heading there tommorow to get yours and price some stuff for Romack.
