I changed the intake grate on my squarenose and one of the front bolts are boke off in the hull . has anyone have experience in this? will a reverse drill bit work ?

The bolt is probably stainless so will require a cobalt drill bit/s to drill out. Slow and steady with plenty machine lube. Once you have it drilled out to 4 or 5 mm you can try and screw it out with a bolt extractor. This is usually fairly straight forward as the heat from drilling usually breaks the hold of the corrosion. Always use loctite or anti-seize on the replacement bolt to save you going through this drama again.
