Speedwerx O Rings

Is it normal that the orings on the superjet speedwerx chambers not to fit tightly in the bore of the exhaust manifold? Inside bore of the manifold is 2.940 on both my kawi n yami manifolds. The orings on the chamber are 2.895 OD.
