Speed plate for dual 38's on PHP manifold

I'm not sure if this exists, but id really like to run my billet PHP manifold and vf3 reeds, but local buddies are telling me not to run dual oem 44's on an unported 701 and to stick with dual 38's...

Is anyone running dual 38s on an aftermarket manifold
Or
Dual 44s w a/m manifold on a unported 701 with bolt ons (msd/Jetinetics/bpipe/ada head)

I ran 44s on an unported 701 and it ran great. It doesn't make any sense to run oem 38s on that manifold that is designed for 46s and up carbs. Why wouldn't you run the oem 38 manifold instead?

The billet manifold is pretty lol

Basically because Ive already spent the money on the manifold and vf3 reeds assuming id build a bigger motor...i decided to run a 62T i had on the shelf while I debate if i actually need more motor.
