spark plug question

so i went to the yamaha dealer today to pick up spark plugs and i usually get the stock ones for my 61x w milled head (180 psi) and b pipe.

instead of getting the NGK BR8HS he recommended the NGK B8HV because it has a smaller electrode for a stronger spark and is soposed to make it less likely to foul out the plugs.

my question is has anyone ever used these and are they good?

i bought a pack of 10 cuz u got a deal. are they good or should i return them and just get the stockers or something else?

Thanks guys!

Before I get too deep in this topic, shouldn't you be fixing the fouling condition instead of masking it?

Basically those plugs will resist fouling because the electrode is so small. It's made out of gold palladium so it supposedly conducts better. NGK says it lasts longer too but I find that hard to believe. I prefer resistor plugs myself just because I hate dealing with electrics and using resistor plugs is one less thing to go wrong in that department. Most say it doesn't matter in our ski's though.

If the plugs were under $4 each, I would try them. If they were more than that, take them back.
