hey does anyone know where I can find like pipe kits and other hot rod stuff for my 85' js440, also I was wondering if any of you guys have any pics of body mods on this bodystyle (like internal gas filler and modified air intake and things of that nature) any help or cool ideas are infinatly appreciated

I've got a coffman pipe for a 550 - may fit a 440 but I don't know - ask around - good deal.

i just had to post a pic of a mowerbike i built years ago, i took a ct90 motor and put it on my lawn mower. This engine had 4 speed with a high and low range. it was retarded fast and got major speed wobbles in third gear high range. the seat was too slippery for that kinda speed and i almost died everytime i rode it. ahh i wish i never gave it away.

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!! you have no idea how funny that is to me. I think you and I could be good friends, my dad, my brother and I all race lawn tractors in our free time, in fact I think there is an assosiation for that out in Ontario they have some really fast tractors over there. my brother's tractor can top out at 80mph if he puts the high gears on but then he has no bottom end (its just one gear)

oh i have an idea, lol. i have always loved motors and have wrenched on all kinds of stuff but that mowerbike has got to be the worst idea ever lol. i remember ripping it down the road and looking over my shoulder for traffic and got sent into the sickest speed wobble ever. i used the mower engage lever as a shifter, it had lights, a horn, and handlebars with a speedo. lol, i don't know what posessed me to build that thing but it sure did go fast. crazy canadians and thier lawn mowers.

A 550 pipe will work on a 440. You should be able to bolt it directly to your exhaust manifold.. Ebay is the best place to find parts for your ski.
