Bad news, I can't get it back anytime soon since it's evidence. Might be as long as a year I was told.

Unless JSO does things all f'ed up that is wrong as two boys humping. I worked at a Sheriffs office a few miles from Jax for a few years and when we recovered stolen property we processed it and turned it over to the rightfull owner without delay. First off you were a victim and now JSO is victimizing you again by keeping it. That is BS and if I was you I would take that issue all the way to the Sheriff if i had to.
