Heavy canvas type material. Stored inside so it is not rotten. No rips or torn.
Not really pretty but functional. Because it is heavy and bulky i am firm on price of $90 shipped in the US.

Will it fit aftermarket handlebars?

It fit my suspension steering which is a little taller but stock width bars. Wider bars may not work if over a couple inches.

My bars are 29 inches wide, what is the stock bar width?

I dont have a Blaster to go by but i measured across the cover where the bars fit while the cover was on my other ski. It looks like 281/2” to fit so 29” should be ok. Your call on that.
