Snapped Low Speed Adjuster

I have a carb (38mm Mikuni) that has had the tip of the Low Speed Adjuster snapped off inside the carb. Does anyone have a way of getting this out or is it time for another carb?

Ive never had to deal with this, but I am guessing it would be way easier to get a new carb...if you dont drill it out/extract it perfectly, I would guess that the adjuster screw would not seal properly or whatever.
