Snakes and Stuff

Someone warned me about wildlife in the rivers today and said that there are many bad creatures that we ride with in the Potomac, in WV. He said if you enter a snake bed you can get into trouble, also snapping turtles will hurt you and then theres the pike that will rip you up.

Crap! Is this guy for real or not? I always thought that the ski itself would chase away most anything and it would be nearly impossible to fall off and end up on top of some creature.

He's probably just jealous that he doesn't have a ski

There is sharks in the ocean where we ride and have been multiple shark attacks....

Is there a decent wet suit that has protection from snakes and snapping turtles? I feel better with my skin protected on a motorcycle, I'd probably really enjoy a suit when on the water, unless it's too hot to wear. I'm sure there must be information on diving suits, I'll have to research this.
