Super Jet sn with am pole which new steering cable to get?

I have a 93 sn with a new am aluminum handle pole with quick steer (rn style) from L.T.D. My stock 93 sn cable works but its time for a new cable. What is my best option to go with? just a stock rn cable or stay with the sn cable? I thought i remember something about the sn cable having less throw.. Just let me know..

RN cable for sure. The extra throw is definitely nice. Either buy a new OEM 2006-2007 cable, or a blowsion HD cable. The 2006-2007 cable is thicker, and it's what I'm going with on my square w/ rn pole this year. It's not worth cheaping out on aftermarket sbt cables. A lot of us(Me included) have had bad experiences with them.

Okay great.
I put a 07 blowsion one in an 09 not to long ago. And it seemed extra long. What was up with that? It was kinda a pain to run it with a short pole.
I'll look for a stock 07 one.
Any good place to start?

Did the 2009 have an aftermarket pole? I dunno anything about blowsion cables, just heard that they're extremely good. RN cables are shorter than SN cables I believe. I'd say yamahapartshouse for an OEM one. Best I could find is 120$, and the Part number is GM6-61481-10-00

First, congrats on being one of the flew who paid for and received a pole! Second get the 06/07 cable.

Hah yeah. I bought a ski from him. So we talk often.
Paid at night and he shipped it the next morning to get it to me for memorial weekend.

The reason I went with his pole is because it works perfect with the stock bracket.
Hazzards are gold now. Wish I still had my old one.
