SN to RN...what swaps out?

What about the midshaft? I read in another thread that thes the only thing that doesnt switch out?

The midshaft does not swap over.
The waterbox and associated hoses are different. I'm not so sure you couldn't use a SN waterbox in a RN though as long as you used the SN hoses. I swapped to the RN waterbox when I did mine. Someone else may be able to give a definite answer on this.
The steering cable is also different.

I'm pretty sure you'll find your midshaft should be OK. I went 95 SN to RN and mine was fine. I think its the 93 down midshafts that are different. I used RN (steering and throttle) cables because I had them. Went to RN waterbox so had to get the long exhaust hose and managed to fluke a SN B pipe (smaller diameter) to RN waterbox (larger diameter) 45 degree silicon hose from a motorsports shop.
If you are intending to use your SN waterbox, I've seen a thread on how some people have managed to stretch the SN long waterbox to exhaust hose using some type of tool. Hopefully someone may chime in with a link.
