SN superjet needs a new tray & reinforcement questions

I have my SN totally stripped down (All I have left to do is cutout holes for my REV footholds & get the rest of the foam out) and I have some questions.

1. The tray was in really sad shape when I cut it out (see pic) & I decided to not re-use the piece I cut out when I put it all back together. So I need to lay down a new tray. What kind of fiberglass mat/cloth should I use and how many layers am I going to need to do?

2. Should I add any reinforcement to the engine compartment of the ski? The red arrows in my pic are pointing to the bondline, correct? should I run a line of 5200 along that then foam it, sand it down and lay a strip of 'glass over it?

I probably won't be attempting any rolls this year since the ski just has a 650 w/ sizzler pipe but I'll be doing stabs & subs, plus jumping wakes/waves so I could land hard from that (all flatwater riding btw)

Any help with these issues would be great!

the arrow on the pic of the piece of tray is pointing to a missing chunk

Boris, that tray is sweet! If I didn't already have the Rev's bought & the template made I'd prolly get one of those!

Kennay, I read through some of your build the other day, good info & pics in there.
