Hey i know blowsion sells those fiberglassed ones but their a pretty penny is there any alternate any body knows of? the one on my ski is cracked and i really dont care about the gas cap in front ill fill er up from the top anyways

You have a squarenose now? I would recommend Art Maybee to make a flush piece for you, but it took me over A YEAR to get mine from him! I know others have glassed the door in, and Rickster had one that was turfed over. Either option would be cheap and work great!

just glass from the back around the door, dont do the whole thing because the piece wont be flexible and may not fit back where it was, I learned the hard way and ground down all the glass on the inside sides so I could manuever it into place and screw it down. Fill in the top side with a filler, sand and paint. Dont use marine tex, just dont.

Here is JayB704's nose, looks like it turned out nice. Maybe he would even do one for you for a couple $$.

That's what I did. Yeah just a few hours labor if you don't mind it lookin like poop. I hate finish work :banghead:

Finishing work does suck. To pour the foam is nothing, and to shape it took maybe 1-2 hours using a bread knife and 100 grit sandpaper.

Havn't glassed yet. Soon...
