Super Jet SN -> RN Swap Compatibility

I'm swapping out everything from my '90 square to a pre '08 hull and wondering what the differences in parts are between the two. Besides midshaft, what else doesn't port over? I recall reading somewhere the steering cable is longer on a roundie. Is this true? Or is that just for '08+?

Trying to get all parts needed in advance before getting the hull so I'm not stuck waiting on parts to ship.

According to my expert Google search calculations, here's what I've found:

Midshaft/Housing: the SN midshaft itself will swap over but the housing is different. The downside of reusing the SN midshaft is being limited to only older style couplers. Can't use RN couplers or upgrade to, say, Cold Fusion's billet couplers. Reason being is thread pitch changed after 1993.
Exhaust hose diameter is slightly larger on the RN (2" vs 2.5"). I believe that's the case for either the long hose, the stinger to waterbox elbow, or both.. not sure.
Steering Cable from SN would work but at the expense of less steering throw. RN cable length is a little longer.
Waterbox: I hear people recommend using at least a stocker from a roundie but the older SN ones should still technically work, especially if you're reusing exhaust hoses out of a square.

So seems like literally everything is interchangeable besides intermediate housing. Guess I'll find out when the swapping fun begins and update y'all then.

Most of it will work, if get a bigger hose and a round nose water box if you can, don't wanna restrict power.
