I decided to go with the beer pong balls mixed with the two part foam. After doing a weight test, the foam mixed with the balls weighed slightly more. I decided this would be a fair trade with the idea that the balls could not soak up water if I still had a leak, and would then be lighter than all foam.

Unfortunately I am just reassembling the ski this week. College and family took priority this year so I wont know how it rides until sometime next week. The strakes and sponsons were modeled after the 2011 super jet. I tried contacting zero several times with no response.

I'll have to take the ski apart again in the fall to finish the upper deck mod’s like footholds, lighter pole, hood, and custom paint.
