Super Jet SN hood with 62t dual carb setup, need pictures

Alright so I am in the process of putting a dual carb 62t motor in my square nose and I need to modifiy the hood to clear the carbs. Does anyone have pictures of what has worked for them. I'm thinking of copying what my FX1 hood looks like since it keeps water out well but I figure i'd ask what has worked well for others to try to reduce the time line of trial and error.

I recall having a similar issue with the OEM hood liner, the OEM air intake hose, and the OEM Dual carb flame arrester.

Think I had to move the fiberglass fitting for the air intake hose to the back or middle of the hood to clear.

Installed Dual 38s with stock flame arrestor and it hit the hose and fitting on the hood. I'll have to cut off the fitting and block it at a minimum, dont' really want water running down the flame arrestor and getting sucked into the intake. I just don't know how much I'm going to have to cut to make it clear.

I have 44 duals on a 61x/62t with old vilder racing arrestors(similiar to old ocean pro), the air intake hose rests slightly against the forward arrestor (1990 sn sj), just assembled a 62t/62t with dual 44s and old sj single 44 stock arrestor bodies rest on the head (using an old r&D dual intake)(1990 sn sj) . gonna have to trim the stock arrestor bodies to clear the head until I purchase something a/m--have 2 old westcoast velocity stack arrestors but with a mk/bn01 linkage the carbs are too close together to use the velocity stacks. after this riding season i'll be doin' the slutty hood mods and should have ample OH room above the carbs, plus eliminating those stock air intake hose locations. have not had to actually do any mods to the hood itself directly due to arrestors.
