I have a 1993 SN 650 all stock and would like to add a pisser for peace of mind but I am not sure how to do it. I know it’s usually a waste of time, and money would be better spent on a 701, but I have other skis, this one runs really well and it’s great for my friends and girlfriend.
Iv searched around and from what I understand I can put a T in the line coming off my rear cylinder that goes to the exhaust manifold, then to a pisser fitting through the hull. Is it this simple? Will this cause complications down the road? I read putting a flow control valve in the line is a good idea, I’m guessing between the T and hull fitting? If that is true is an adjustable or fixed valve a better option?
I’m sorry for such a basic question but I am new to this sport and have not worked with cooling lines much. Any help would be great.
