FX-1 Smoke??>>>

So i've been having some problems with my FX1, which is pretty rare for my ski, when i took off the hood today and i noticed a bit of smoke, but not a lot to really think anything. I left the hood off and saw some more smoke coming out from behind the gas tank and im guessing it may be the water box? If this is the problem, i hope this can explain the random dying and the over heating in the motor. Any help would be amazing, im putting on a new head and about to order a new pump soon so i need this thing up and running!!

Probably your exhaust hose

look at your waterbox and see if theirs any cracks or if its leaking from where the hoses go in.

exhaust fumes will eat up all your engines oxygen

RN or SN waterbox
Check the hoses that connect to either sides... Clamps and such can slip/shift..

And yes, that could cause your ski to die out. Runs out of air..

Yeah now that i think about it, when i put in the B Pipe i cut the hose and i may and just slipped off a bit. Thanks guys. Can anyone help with the over heating of the motor problem?

Well if you just installed a b-pipe maybe you effed it up.

Search B pipe dual cooling and you should get some hits. May be your problem. Did you install a flow control valve?

I put the B Pipe in Dec and have had no problems with it ever. Do you think that something could be stuck in the pump??

my guess would be that you don't have enough water going through the b pipe
your cooling lines might be ran wrong
or you're running too high of compression

i don't thing something in the pump would cause smoke or overheating, just a major loss in power
