air leak or your throttle cable is to tight. make sure the butterflys close ALL the way

you could just have air in your fuel lines. keep priming it while its running and see if it quits running away in a minute

my primer stoped working. can you explain that?

when you have all that apart, air gets into your fuel lines. doesnt really matter a whole lot on the return line but will make your ski run erractic until the air works out of the feed line. while the motor is running away, you could hit the primer a few times to see if it would quit running away. try cranking it with a nippie bottle ( bottle feed it) find you a 20 oz bottle or something, make a small hole in the lid and fill it up with premix. keep squirting into carbs and see if it will clear up.

yes the primer is working. ok let me set this thread straight so it can die. i changed reeds today and switched carbs. the engine will now scream but it diesels. and won't idle. i am going back to the carbs i know are good and i'll see if i get a better result to morrow. aghhh!
