Small BOB jump

A friend and i Hit a v-wake for the first time and just went half throttle. didn't try any flips or anything yet, as the ski is not ready.

its an emotional not readiness.....or was it the trim is missing ?

You don't need trim on that. I've flipped a SJ without trim on that.

That much height could of easily flipped...

Wasn't me on the ski it was a friend. I was driving the boat. I just got a really deep cut and it wasn't healing because i kept splitting it open jetskiing so i am taking a small break and it is almost healed. Also no trim, and no chin pad, no helmet, no bilge, therefore not ready. lol but in 2 weeks its a different story.

Don't need trim! Seriously, don't even think about pulling trim on a v-wake.
Don't need a chin pad
Do need a helmet
Bilge would be good, too.

steve802cc used trim on a wave once and the ski's nose hit the wave he took off from. That was on an oem SJ hull too.

My 850 is flat water flipping with no trim. On a wake that big, I wouldn't consider pulling trim if you're going for a flip!

X2, you'd be over-rotating without trim as it is on that wake.
