Slow to Fast (no mid-range)

Howdy,

Have a 95 750SXI
- Dual Keihin Carbs
- Factory Pipe

Got it a few months ago. Rebuild carb and took it to my local shop to have the carb/pipe screws set. They said they set them to what the factory pipe suggested but i'm still having this odd issue to where it will idle and 1/8 throttle fine but anything higher than that the damn ski takes off and heads to top speed. Without the midrange it's really hard to pull yourself out of jumps, actually it makes it hard to do anything. I can't do solid turns bc it turns into a damn rocket. Does this sound like more carb tuning or should I start at the Pipe? I have a buddy who's going to help me so I'd rather not waste his time and get everyones input. I attached an image and a pic of my ski if that helps at all...

Mine has been like that since I threw the pipe on, tried playing with carb settings and pipe screws for a full season to no real difference. I learned to love the light-switch throttle though

I recently found I was having this issue on my 98 sxi pro. Been out a few weekends no real issue, then this weekend started having trouble with it. I had not done any maintenance or anything prior to this issue. I find when the ski is flat it has power but once I get it on an angle to stand up there is no low end power. Once standing it really only has high power. I find there is no mid or low power range when standing. It will only putt or go full blast. Any suggestions?
