Back in july i was looking for a lowered hood for my 96 rn. I posted an ad in the wtb section. One member messaged me we talked a bit about one. Guess he was busy didnt get back with me on a shipping price. I had previously talked to sean(skibum) about a hood and got a price. He got back with me. I had a single 48mm blowsion intake mani. He was interested in, we worked out a deal the intake mani +cash for one of his hoods, Decided on a glass 8 hand hold lowered hood black gel coat. I pay him my end of the cash, send him the intake mani. Roughly 2 weeks later the hood shows up. Im pretty excited been wanting a lowered hood for a long time. Plus it showed up couple of days before my birthday. Take it to the garage open in up and its primer grey, Wth i asked for black gel coat, The hood seemed decently stout. so i start pushing on it it was flexing all over the place. the back end of the hood, that extends into the tray a lil, It had a whole bunch of flex in it. so i set it on the ski. I start positioning it on the ski ligning it up. Noticed it wasnt catching the hood seal in the rear. No big deal ill just adjust it a lil. Well now it wont catch in the front. Further inspection of the hood. I noticed the gel coat had bubbled underneath. Awe thats why he put primer grey on it. So i take some pics of the hood and a lil video, and i pm him explaning my dislike in the hood. He said he was sorry i wasnt happy with the hood and that he would make it right. He would get my money back or get me another hood. I got his cell phone number. We were both busy with work, so i was finally able to call him. We talked about it. We decided he would get me another hood, One in carbon, He said he was waiting on a friend to finish a mold on a different liner. A week later his friend still hadnt had mold done. so we waited another week. 3 weeks later i ask him about it, He was like well u still havent sent me the original hood. I was like ok well u could of told me that when we originaly talked. So i send him the hood no big deal. I wait a week and ask about it again, All of a sudden theres an issue with the intake mani. Its not 48mm its more like 45mm. Uh no its not its the exact same one on blowsions site. Not only that i matched my atp 48mm carb up to it. It fit just right, Yes i know the atp 48 mm carb isnt true bore. i wait 2 more weeks text him bout if it had shipped yet. He goes it sure is nice your more worried about the hood shipping, and the amount of money im out makeing u this hood. Well #1 u told me u already had one made. U just needed to add a liner, and 2nd u should of made it right the first time. So the 2nd hood finally ships. It shows up earlier than expected woo hoo. Take it out man this thing sure is light. It had some inperfections in it which i expected. So i start pushing on it. same dam thing glass flexing all over the place. sit it on the ski go figure still doesnt catch hood seal all around it. I send him a txt saying it showed didnt get no responce. You would think someone who is trying to make money building composite parts would like to know if is customers are happy. Not this guy. Here i am trying to save a buck. Like a gd idiot. But glad to know im not the only one with issues. If i would of know before hand i wouldnt of purchased from him. So those out there trying to save a buck well dont. especially with this guy. Go with tom21 or #zero for your tubbies or hoods.

You were unhappy with the super cheap glass hood and nose, I was more than willing to try to have a happy customer after talking to you several times, you wanted the ugly carbon hood i was going to paint and use my self, this hood was decribed and I send pictures, even standing on the hood shell(never intended to be visual carbon in any way) I sent you plenty of pics of the hood and talked to you many times yu were alsom more than aware the person making my new liner mold was not doing it in a timely manor, and were willing to wait, and would have rather refunded your money anyways after your part of the trade was not as decribed(wich you did not seem concered with at all) obviously you demand perfection and should buy high end blowsion or x-metal 1000 dollar hoods, not the cheapest one you can find, I should have know better than trying to make you happy, as it was pretty obvious from the amout of time you feel you needed to spend making videos rather than a phone call, in the end sorry your unhappy with the deal, but so am I, as you know the maifold you sold as a 48mm was not. Jeramy hope your negitive feedback thread here makes you feel better than just dumping on the positive threads

Taking a pic of u standing on a hood don't mean jack. No guarntee its the same hood. It don't fit right. If I can push on an area and it flexes and u can hear cracking ain't worth a dam.

Yes I knew it wasn't going to b a visual carbon master piece. That obviously isn't the issue. The issue is its a 5pd carbon hood that flexes all over the place. You apparently just used carbon no other glass. Except for 2 spots on the inside that are peeling up. There was no nose piece. You sent me a junky ffh that looked like a kindergartners glued together. Why u waited 2 months to inform me the intake wasn't right is beyond me. First thing I would of checked before I would make a hood. I offered to pay return shipping on intake to me. And u keep the hood and give me my money back but it was to late.you couldn't even tell me the hood shipped. Offer still stands
