So.. This guy conned a R&D Rev2 pipe (and postings) from me. A total of about 500$ and postings 200$
This was supposed to be a parts trade, i was supposed to get 2 rockers, tubbies, nose piece, footholds from him in exchange for my pipe.
Well i sent the pipe at my expence and it got delivered, but i have not gotten my pieces, thus this negative feedback that will not stop here.
He says he has shipped my package but cannot get me a tracking number and now i haven't even heard from him in the last two weeks..

If anybody is in contact with Shawn, please advice him to take contact with me

i will remove this thread if i either get my parts or a full refund.

I can't control shipping time to Finland, You have not contacted me since the last time I answered you, And you can go f@#$ yourself for your comments, this will be the last time I look at this thread(have fun with it trolls), so if you have questions for me or want to apologize for you comments feel free to email me

radio silence until i post to x Shawn?? when your rep on x forums in line you answer asap..

Shawn is telling me that he did not get my email.. witch i can see on my hotmail account that it went out to his mail.... Funny, hotmail is a liar ( son of a bitch):)
but i´m so glad that shawn finaly answerd to me. even it took some hard action. But he has no right to be angry at me. he said that my package went out las year christmas week??
so after 5 weeks of telling me hes girl post it and i cant get shipping number...(bullpoop) and last week total radio silence.. am i wrong to have some doubts about hes word.. i dont think so

Here is the message that i send to you shawn. after this message 5days went by and nothing from you..so i post to x this thread...

Still no sign of your package, now i am getting tired of this waiting without Any knowledge whether you even sent me those pieces we made a deal with..
From the start i was suspicious about just trading parts, now from what i reckon, my pipe and your bits were of about equal value; nontheless, i thought i have more to lose than you since in the worst case scenario you'd just lose some fiberglass and work you have done compared to me i'd lose Something i cannot fabricate myself. Well anyhow i choose to trust you and now you got me thinking i made a mistake, and that is not right.
So, i really don't care if you lied to me about the shipping date, if you sent the package only after you got the pipe that is fine, please just tell if it is so; otherwise i am going to need the shipping number because i cannot get any information on the package by any other means. Also if the package is at customs here in finland and i do not retrieve it in two weeks time, it will be sent back, and you will be charged for the return (or your wives workplace will be charged for it).
If you cannot provide me any sort of information regarding my package, i am calling this fraud and taking legal actions accordingly..

In this point its pretty sure that if the package arrives Shawn did not sent it when he said that he did..
He send it after he get my pipe.. And that was not the deal..

Few days back i sent message to skibum:

"i know that you are pi..ed of right now... but its ´been 7 weeks now 7weeks.......
what would you do if it were your money.... pipe and 200$ went bye bye...

i will contact finnish usa consulate about this matter. im not happy to do it but in 7 weeks is way too long even its been in customs for 4 weeks its still long time to ship it in 3 weeks..
so im sorry for saying but i wil contact them and ask them how this can be solved.. that probably means that you will be sued for treason.

it would be easier if you would be more cooperate with me. but you deside that you get mad like a child and show me the finger..
so next time when you get mad about this... remember that i tryed to be polite..

I really hope that you finaly realize my view of this matter.. and stop acting like you do and help me with this situation.
because i still dont want no harm to you and i think that you have shipped the parts.. but it is dam hard when you give me none reason to belive that anymore. and §that post on x i will erease or change it to positive if i get my parts.. but if i dont... i wil do anything that nobody buys nothing from you thats for sure

i just find out that the pipe he stole from me is on graigslist and he sell it FACTORY REINFORCED like it is but the message he send to me tell different story..

Is it right that these kind of people can stay here in x forums and screw people..
i think it would be the best if everyone vote for him to leave from the forums.. or at least somekind of public warning that tells people who they are dealing with.
since the first day i post this here i have had several contacts that says same.. shawn screwed them ... and thats not right..
but i have to say that i have not get one message that says he did not send the stuff he promissed.
but it seems to me that this is first. if he did shipped my stuff why is he so angry and defensive?? if he is honest about everything, instead of helping me about this he is a total ss hole and dont care what happens??

he sayd that hes girlfriend shipped my parts from her workplace and thats the reason why he dont have the tracking number.. so he did not even payd for shipping.. he's girlfriend's boss did..
somebody tell me where does she work so i can contact with her boss about this situation.. maybe he/she can find the shipping info (if there is one)

one more thing.. how can i thank people when they help me about this matter?

We do not get involved in disputes between buyer and seller. I too got screwed by this same person. If you had searched anything about him, you would have seen the negative feedback he started against me..... And others with feeback. You can see my responses with pictures..... You can form your own opinion........ But, Doing the research is on you, the "Buyer" or "Seller". My deal was a trade also, he needed my prop quick, I had told him to send me his, when I got it, that I would send mine. He said he really needed mine quick, so, He agreed to pay a deposit. $240.00. I pulled my prop, and sent it to him immediately, $15.00 shipping (minus paypal fees of $7.00), Balance $217.00 His prop arrives, it was hammered crap.... He said nothing wrong with it, sent pics, he got all pissy, I told him I was just gonna send his prop back and keep the money, $15.00 gone in shipping. Left with $200.00 and was going on vacation the next week to the beach, with no ski since I had no prop.

yes i know you don`t involve.. but im so frustrated by now.. and i did not know about this seller negative/positive thread until stuff hit the van.. i was too jiihaa about the trade..

Still waiting for my parts.. i really hope he solve this right..

BTW thank you all for the info you have given me concerning that last mail.. i really appreciate!!
really good info but i wont use it unless i have no other choice because i dont want no harm to anyone else but skibum (and thats only if i dont get my stuff)
