Ski Safety requirements for out of state riders

I had a few questions and figured some others might too. What are some of the safety requirements for the Daytona ride besides the obvious lifejacket, helmet, whistle...

I have a lowered hood and haven't got my new fire extinguisher location figured out yet. Will they be looking for this type of thing that weekend?

Required;

Helmet
Lifejacket
Sounding Device (ie:Whistle)
Tow loops front and rear
Lanyard Kill Switch
Fire extinguisher
Current Registration

Fire extinguisher is required by FL law, don't know if they'll actually check for it though (get a mini and strap it to the battery?). Must have lanyard kill switch (no exemptions in the ocean), current registration, Sound making devise (whistle)

Where do you find those mini extinguishers? I have been looking for months now. Someone needs to make a custom Battery tray that holds a mini battery and stubby extinguisher but fits in the stock location
