ski rocking

so i have a 92 sj with a westcoast rideplate. it seems that at full throttle, doesnt matter if its glass clam, slightly choppy, but once you get WOT the ski will start to rock front to back, 1-70% throttle it doesnt, its just that last little bit.

The underside of the ski has a few minor nicks/scrapes from years of hitting the odd stuff, its nothing major, but none the less its still there, would this be why its happening?, i also noticed my jet nozzle has some minor play up and down, i tried using a small oring to take up the slack, but it seemed like it made the ski feel like it was riding on ice.. a lot easier to slide left to right with

Never heard of front to back, unless you mean the nose it bouncing. SN SJ's are known for rocking side to side.
Try Sano's advice and also shifting your weight, where are your feet?

You definitely need to just ride more. If you're looking to cruise, honestly the easiest thing to do is stand and the very front of the tray, you don't even need to bend your knees or be in surf stance and you can just ride for miles.
