SXR Skat trak set back pump question

When it says "set back", what does that mean? Is the prop set back deeper in the pump?

If the impeller reaches to the front of the wear ring, it's not setback.

Since we are talking about an SXR, you will need a long nose impeller to keep your current driveshaft.

The best way is to just compare it with the stock SXR pump.
