Skat-Trak 7/4V and 3/6V Questions Superjet

Does anybody know how to decipher the stampings on my extra props?
7/4 = 7/14?
3/6 = 13/16?

Which one will perform better on a 650 Superjet limited set-up?

I ran an old school skat 8/16 on my '06 when it was stock and it worked awesome.

Just a FYI to everyone looking at this thread, the old Skat-trak impellers with the 7 4 V or 3 6 V markings (or any other similar marking) are NOT progressive pitch impellers, they are straight pitch impellers meaning the pitch does not change from the leading edge of the blade to the trailing edge of the blade.

7 4 V = 17.4 degree pitch

3 6 V = 13.6 degree pitch

That info is incorrect.
36v means 13/16, 47v means 14/17. Old school stamping. They used to leave off the first digit of the "variable" pitch impellers.

straight pitch was 5 for 15, 55 for 15.5, etc...


Standup, I think you saw the other corrected post, I simply posted here too to help anyone seeing this post out with the right info.

My prop says 74V. I see no reason to reverse them though? Does that mean its a 7/14?

No, it means that the gal who stamped it by hand in wax form back in the day has dislexia.

They only made one 7/14, it is for a Yami 155mm pump.
