So....I bent up my 13/16 Concord a few weeks back. While it's getting fixed at Impros, I put in a Skat 14.5/18.5 (some racing prop I had laying around) in there.
To my surprise, it wasn't all that different than the Concord.
Then I bought a Skat Swirl 13/18 from Bonzai Bob. I installed that for a test run this past weekend.
HOLY COW!!! That thing hits noticably harder than my Concord!
The hit is instant and very hard. Me likey!

Anyways....I just purchased another Swirl that I'll be sending to Impros to get worked over.
I'll either sell the Concord or put it in my Square.
where is the best place to order one of these?

how fickle thou art............your boat always ran good on that prop....now if we can only keep it running.............you sure got a pretty mouth... I mean engine.... ENGINE!!

AAWWW DANG!! Maybe I'll just take the whole pump out of that red round nose in my shop and give a 3mm cut back concord a run......................I already stole the cdi out of it................AAWWW DANG!!

Since I still have to sell my Concord, here is the deal: Swirls suck, and Concord's where it's at performance-wise.

That's all you need to know.

I was just wonder this weekend if there was any feed back on these. I changed from a skat 9/17 the was way too low for my setup to a concord 13.5 /17.5 ( i think it is have to look again) and it still slips. I ran a skat swirl on a diff ski and i liked the way it hit right away.

I've been hearing BK say this for a while now. I am horrible at telling subtle differences in power. When I damaged my Concord and put in that old race prop, I couldn't tell much of a difference.
But putting in that Swirl....WOW!!! Immediately noticable even to me.

Props are like jetting to me. I am never happy and think there is more yet too cheap to buy a collection to try and find that one Sweet perfect combination.

Same thing I believe. Freeride Swirl may be the complete name.
Or the Freeride may be already cut back?

same thing........... unless you are referring to a C75 mag prop...

When I spoke to someone at IMPROS today he said there was a difference, but I could tell he was very busy so I didn't feel like bothering him and having him explain the difference. I bet everyone's calling him today wanting to buy a swirl and he's wondering what the hell is going on.

My buddy has been doing a lot of bussiness with wammer.... He recommends the skat trak swirls too.... i think 12-17... not postive... of course they are running stronget motors then most of us!

skat for me .i just sold my 14/18 superslim line its a very nice prop. i didnt need it in my mag pump.

Charles let me try out a 14/18 superslim line in my ski and hits a lot harder than the stock prop of course, but it sounds like it's rubbing on the wear ring.

When the ski gets out of the water I hear a rubbing noise. Is that normal after just putting a prop in? Charles suggested that it was because the ski has been used in saltwater most of the time. What do you all think?
