Skat 15/20 in an

I pulled my pump to replace my pump shoe and found I have a skat trak 15/20 in my otherwise stock engine 94 square nose. Is this a typical setup?
It is out of spec as far as wear ring impeller clearance and I would have had it worked by impros but am more interested in bottom end power and am thinking this is not ideal

wow, did you have any bottom end power with that prop?

haha, I have always found the power lacking compared to my stock waveblaster and think this is the issue...

I just ordered a Solas concord 13/17, I imagine there should be a dramatic difference?
