sj reduction nozzle swap

I DON T have access to a machine shop in my country and i need to have my 05 sj nozzle at 84 or 85mm. will the blaster 96 nozzle model fit my pump?, what's the exit diameter? or any aftermarket with siphon i could use.
also,if yes ,can i use the same steering nozzle.
i been searching the site a lot but i can find a 100% confirmation.
i really need someones advice.

Yes you can use a 96 Blaster reduction nozzle or your SJ one, and yes your steering nozzle will fit too. They are identical pumps(144mm). Most people go to 85mm otherwise it gets too thin.
Stock reduction nozzles are usually around 82.50mm.

the thing is, i can 't bore, so i need to find something stock close to 84 mm.
and i thought the blaster was bigger.
but maybe the raider is?

I have a WaveRaider/GP760 one here and its actually smaller at 81.41mm

Thats who did mine also and it looks awesome! and he even machined down and plugged that pisser tube also.

Pro-tec makes aftermarket pump reduction nozzles and they cound bore it to whatever you wanted:

That Pro-Tec reduction nozzle is the same 83mm as the stock one but it weighs more and it's a bit thicker.
