That's the same thing I just bought but the titles was messed up. The guy is trying to get it worked out but i doubt it will happen. That's why I'm looking for a hull now..

When was it last registered? If the registration has purged from the dmv system and the vin is clean there are ways to do it. Vin etching and picture plus a few forms and you are good to go here in ny.

I'm not sure when it was. The sticker pretty faded. I went to a DMV and they are clueless on what to do about a boat title. Maybe I will try a different one or try googling it.
