Single or twins

Hi all. I am just about to put my motor together. I have 61x cylinders which have 84mm pistons, ADA head and a b-pipe. I currently have a pair of stock carbs
Was thinking of switching to a single 46mm sbn. Would this be a good idea or am I better wth the stock carbs but uprating the jets.
If not what jets etc would I need for the single.

Consensus with 61x cases is single, with 62t dual unless you use a conversion Kawi manifold or ATP manifold.
