Single 46 carb for 760?

I'm assembling a motor from some parts lying around. I have a big bore 61x 760 with a mild groupk race port on a clearanced 62t bottom. I have a single 46 blackjack carb but no intake manifold yet. Might this setup work okay together with a bpipe?

The alternative would be to convert two single 44's to duals because I have everything I need except linkage but I've heard it can be a bitch to tune unmatched 44's :dunno:

I'm temporarily running a 46 mikuni on a big bore flat top with the ATP manifold and it runs awesome. My full spec should be here next week, but it runs pretty good as is.

Finally got the jetting nailed down. :arms:

It rips!

Now to work out this damn intermittent sudden stop.

He...I thought of that too. I don't think it's a seizure. It happens anywhere from 40%-100% throttle. My guess is a fuel flow problem.

However, I'll do a compression check.

Got it fixed. Chalk it up to user stupidity. Before I took it out on Saturday, I Had finally put a gas cap on the tank. I cut the hole with a dremel, and used a sanding drum to clean it up.
I thought I had done a decent job of cleaning the tank afterwards, but I was mistaken.
The fuel filter was plugged.
I changed the fuel filter and removed the long hose from the fuel pickup to get gas off the top. (Too lazy to drain the tank yet)
I took it out again yesterday, and it runs like a charm.
I still had a couple of shutdowns, but that was to be expected.

I just got done cleaning the tank out again, Should be good now.
I am really tempted to try dual 48 full spectrums since I have them. But I am very happy with the way it hits now, I'll probably just leave it the hell alone.
