That's awesome. I saw that trim system at the Jet Connection Booth in havasu in 2005. I'm glad the production part looks that nice.

the piece looks nice and all, but doesnt the flange back there that you cut off provide a lot of strength to the back end? (like if you land in shallow water)

Nah- not too much I dont think, it was hardly even glued together from Yamaha. And my boat is nicknamed "Chunk" a chunk missing here, another there- i think shell be alright ;) hha but I was willing to test it out, let all you guys know

My motor is nonexitent right now, but will be Ported with TL, Bpipe, Carbon tech reeds, reed spacer and for now stock 38's. Nothing great, just average- but much stronger than my limited of last season:cheer:

well if you dont mind then I'm going to cut the other side offa mine as well. You could a say a 'chunk' is missing, and thats easier then fabbing of a mold off the other ski or making a plug!
