Super Jet Silicone w/ new gaskets on Factory B Pipe install?

My Brother-in-law and I are installing a Factory B pipe on my 2004 SJ today and we thought we had heard of some people saying that in addition to the gaskets, there would be some silicone needed with the install? If so, what kind of silicone and where does it need to be used, or do we simply just use the gaskets? Also, do we need to use a torque wrench for the install? If so, how tight? Thoughts?

New gaskets. no silicone. IMO. The head pipe to manifold bolts should be 40 ft lbs and use blue loctite. I have heard of folks using a very small amount of grease to avoid the manifold to cylinder gasket from sticking upon eventual disassembly.

I' m not sure about the ft lbs for the manifold to cylinder. Someone will chime in on this
