Other Show me your double trailer?

My poor (already ugly as it was) 650sx took a dive off of my POS trailer last night, and I've decided I want to make something better for hauling. Thank god it wasn't my superjet or I would have been even more pissed...luckily it's just got road rash on the hood (can be fixed) and the rails (was going to hydro turf eventually anyway). My poor Trailblazer SS now has a hole in the back bumper though :banghead:

Anyway I have a regular double ski trailer for my sit-downs, but I don't want something so big and awkward for my stand ups. What I was hoping to do was take a regular single sit-down trailer and modify it. Put another set of bunks on it and add a beam up front to attach a winch or something to for each stand up.

Anyone have pics of double stand up trailers? Just looking for some ideas on the best way to go about this.

I made my own trailer. Dual stand up, with a box in the front. I put metal grate down between the skis too so I can also fit a dirtbike. Its long and strong enough for a harley too but I have not figured out a good enough wheel chock(sp?) yet.

Oh Hey Billy! I just put 2+2 together who you were when I saw the CS Performance on the trailer. Duhhhh. Thanks for the pics. That is precisely what I had in mind...now to get to work on it!

i have a tiny single trailer thats aluminum. i love it light enough to lift with 1 finger lol... but i may have to get a double trailer soon :{

axels are cheap

aluminum is the way to go, less drag towing too, better MPG
my tank trailer is almost 400#'s as is
Ho-Chi-Minh special
but gutted it last year, all stainless bolts/hardware, new spindles, hubs, led lights etc
it wasn't until i started putting it together that i forgot to cut the rails to hide the wires
my idea at the time was to use this shrink sleeve that i bought
yeahhhhh right, try fishing more then 2' of line through tubbing, i said F-it (started hitting 90+ outside) and just put the fokker together
so thats the only thing aside from the weight that erks me about it

those fawking ho-chi-minh special bears were 25 a piece, just a tad under 1" lol

hmm now you have me thinking, i have an axel allready from a trailer i cut up from a boat awhile ago, i might be able to cut it in the middle and make it wide enough for 2 skis
but right nows its about exactly the same with as my superjet

My old double failed the axle so I upgraded to this one...good double trailers are hard to come by.
