shorten the driveshaft

Hey!
Have bought a new hull now and discovered that the drive shaft is too long for the new hull. How have other solved the problem ? Bought new shaft or cut and weld the back ? where can I buy a new drive shaft in that case ?

Okey thank you guys for the quick answers! If i dont find some here in sweden I will contact jetmaniac! I drive a piranha hull now. Have a compositech cy7 for sale now if someone is
interested, only pickup in sweden.
