On 8/27 Monsterkyle21 listed a Limited slip fuel tank for sale with a gel battery. I PMed the seller an offer and he accepted. We agreed on payment terms and the deal was done.
I asked the seller to ship for me to receive by the end of the next week, and he did. I appreciated that as I was using the tank and the battery for a new "rushed" build.

I now have 4 pages of PM's with the seller, he does not understand the fact he sold me 2 items, and shipped one. No offer for partial refund. He offered to only refund me if I sent the tank back. This does not work for me, as I needed the tank AND the battery.

I'm happy you mailed it out and stuff. But not happy about not receiving what I bought. I needed that battery. I'm not okay with.. the battery was bad, that was part of the deal.
Don't want to be a dick, but that was part of the deal.

You put me under the gun when I sold it to get it in the mail I have a life and 60+ hours a week of work stuff slips i I can't remember everything. I don't want to sound like a dick but I shipped it on my dime to be nice I feel like I've done more then bend over backwards in this deal. Like I stated 325 bucks won't break the bank and I'll gladly take it back I'm more then positive someone will pay that with no battery

I have 3 more pages of talk like this, basically he thinks my deal was good enough with out the battery so tuff luck. Was it a good deal? sure was, that's why I bought it! Does it mean too good of a deal where he could screw me? NOPE!


If he makes it right, I'll be sure to let everyone know.

Why is there no messages offering the complete refund? Pretty sure I made that offer I can't give you something I don't have any longer I apologize never updated and it slipped my mind like I said I'll give you 325 refund and pay shipping back to me

If you read my post, I did say you offered complete refund, and that doesnt fix the problem we have, you sold me a gel battery and never shipped it.
I bought a battery and a tank. Refund the value of the battery or ship one to me.

Update-

Seller is still trying to take advantage of me, said he would send a refund check for the missing battery... must have got lost in the mail.

Its official- @Monsterkyle21 is a dud seller. I've now had to take this up with my bank. Buyers, watch out for this guy. He does NOT have respect for the jetski community. I've spent a ton of money on this forum and not been treated poorly by anyone until Kyle Wolmer came along, he has put a sour taste in my mouth. We all work hard for our money and spend way too much on our skis, and shouldn't have to be worried about being ripped off by a fellow member.

Since he won't report back I will, buyer requested me to send a personal check I said I'd only refund via PayPal, he refused that option filed a dispute, I refunded $140 to the buyer. Case closed I think he made out like a bandit and he's the only buyer who has had an issue. Thanks for all my good transactions and friends I've made along the way and happy thanksgiving!

You went dark, said you would mail a check and did not do it.. But I'm done with you, I had to go to my bank and they FORCED you to make it right. I tried to work with you and gave you weeks to make it right. I understand people have problems and the "buyer" can be a pain in the butt. But I did NOTHING wrong, you did.

Its not the problem a man has, its how the man handles the problem, this is what makes the man.

But in the end.. Its over. Good luck to you, and hope we can all learn from it.
