Other Seadoo Filled up with water.... what should i do??

my seadoo filled up with water somehow after lending it out yesterday. when i got it back it was almost up to the airbox full of water. im not sure if it got in there or not. but i drained it and sprayed fogger in the cylinders and today went to hook a battery up and all i get is two beeps when i hit the start button. where should i start? its all dried out. checked all the fuses. and cant get it to crank. any suggestions?

there isnt alot of sea doo owners here, might try green hulk or pwctoday.

what year and model? if it's a 2 stroke, check the rear black electrical box for water intrusion. Make sure you fire this thing up soon or you'll have to get a new motor!
