All this sounds way too familiar. 5amp fuse... beeps and no beeps.. My first and last seadoo job. I'd try another ignition coil before pulling the flywheel. I replaced mpem, then put a stator in and still didn't have spark. A coil finally got it going. I've heard several seapoo electrical components can fry at once if you try to boost them with a car battery. IDK good luck.

You can safely jump start a Seadoo with just a battery alone, but not a battery hooked to a running engine like on a car/truck. The extra current that a alternator puts out can fry fragile electrical components(MPEM, etc).

How do I test that the stator is good so that I don't replace the stator and find out that isn't it. I've tried downloading PDF files but not able to locate any
