I sold Ben Swanson a 6 bolt Square nose Pro Tec ride plate. He received it and claimed it was bent and cracked upon arrival. He requested that I refund him half the money back if after his attempt to repair the ride plate was unsuccessful.
I don't know about you all, but I have never seen a bent ride plate of any brand. I have seen them crack, but not bend.
I requested pictures of the plate in this claimed condition, and instructed him that it was shipped via UPS and we would need to start an insurance claim, but he has never responded. I have seen him sign into the x since I sent the reply message, and still no communication. All in all, I think he was trying to burn me. He can sign and defend himself if he wishes, but I don't think he will.
