S-Glass vs. E-Glass

Which should be used for reinforcement. I found a website that had the following, but curious which is preferred for reinforcement.

E-glass is the most widely used fiber when strength and high electrical resistivity are required. S-glass is approximately 30% higher in strength than E-glass and has better properties at elevated temperatures.

S-Glass
High performance fiberglass with better strength and stiffness compared to standard e-glass cloths.

I'd guess S-glass is stronger, but it might not matter much.

Thanks for the kevlar suggestion, but I am not going to use kevlar to glass in footholds.

I will use a layer of 17oz biax, or 12oz biax with kevlar or carbon on the reinforcements.

I should have been more specific.
