Octane RRP or BOB footholds on Octane

Hey there,

I wonder if anyone had put them $$$$ RRP or BOB foot-holds on an Octane,

I would appreciate any feedback on them or opinions on standard holds (I wear 12 size),
there is one here that I'll like to buy soon and it needs to be re-foamed.

lots of work to make the rrp holds work in an octane. i was going to do it but its was way to much work. the side of an octane lean in where the sides of a superjet are more strait . i dont even think the bob holds would work with out lots of work. my 2cents

go with the 615 2nd gen hold from TOBY or...dawson diggers fro blowsion ( Tobys 615's are cheaper )

I wanted holds with more room and comfort,
I guess WDG's footholds will not fit either since they are too large?

The 615 2nd GEN holds from toby have been redesigned. They will accommodate a large foot. I am 11-11.5 and they are built oversized (taller and slightly longer) I believe dont quote me! -to accept extra turf matting and shoe size. they are cheap!!! 75 bucks shipped I last checked. Blowsion/Wamiltions are $150+

OH AND I DONT HAVE 2 DIFFERENT SIZED FEET! MY FEET SIZING VARIES ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT SHOE MANUFACTURERS..HAHAH! just noticed that above!

I have had REV's in my Square, installed RRP in our RN and have a BOB3 now, and I think by far best soltion are the BOB3's footholds. The main reason why i preferr them is that i can actualy keep my feet straight not angled and the fact that they are adjustable in angle and height.....REV's are large but i had problems with ankles rubbing, the RRP's are great but the adjusting mechanism sucks....just my 0.2

Heh, I have same problem with shoes.
Dang, when I wrote "too big" I meant too big to fit them ocatnes.

you can have any size shoe/toe foot it will fit thus G3's are open at toe end not enclosed....none of our footholds ever broke.....dont know what to say there guess depends on how its put togetherand how aggressive you ride

I have seen one pro rider breaking 'em, but I will not get that crazy!

The only time I've ever heard of our BOB Holds breaking is when you land on top of the pods, bending the bolts. Other than that, I haven't heard of any other issues.
