RRP handlepole and Wammer Hood installation help

hello guys,

well I just got myself a little gift, a RRP handlepole and Wammer hood for my 05 Superjet, so I have a couple of installation questions.

- the two breather tubes that come with the pole, do you install them into the pole lower bracket and insert the two aluminum tubes in them then tighten the 3 8mm alen head bolts. and if yes how far high should the breather rubber tube need to go into the aluminum tubes.

- I will be installing blowsion handlepole spring with the RRP bracket, would that be a straight forward installation if not, would you guys please give me any hints or pointers!

- now the wammer hood, what kind of material/glue should I use to glue the two rubber breather tubes into the hood.

thanks in advanced.

the 2 flex tubes just fit into the lower bracket.they don't push up into the alloy tubes.they will bump up against the edge of the alloy tubes only.the zip ties will prevent them from dropping into the hull through the pole bracket holes.
use either epoxy or 5200 for the hood tubes or even silicone.on some hoods they screw into the liner.

your gonna have to drill a new hole all the way to the right of the bottom casting in line with the other hole already there for the spring. in order to run the blowsion hd spring you will have to cut the long end and heat bend it cause there is to much tension with the block being used i just did mine a couple weeks ago. awesome setup

Alex, thanks a lot, but would you happen to have any pics of what exactly needs to be done, I am not looking for high-res pics or anything :) any pics or even photo-shop drawing will do.

if not, would you please give me more details on where do I need to drill another hole again ( I don't see any existing holes in the bottom casting peace ) and also how much do I need to cut off the Blosion HD sping.

much appreciated bro

wait, I guess I know what you mean, attached is a pic of what I think I understood from your Post Alex, do I need to drill/cut the the hole all the way to the bottom lip (please see pic A) or drill another hole to the far right in-line to the one that is pre-drilled (please see pic B)

Pic A

Pic B

thanks

drill the hole exatcly like in pic b the long end of the spring that rest's against the bracket straighten it out so the bend is gone. then heat the end of the spring and bend it up away from the bracket you will that you will not be able to get it the bracket without doing this.

the breather tubes will be the last thing to install on the rrp setup . just pull them down from the top and stuff the top in towards the pole after everything else is intalled .

Alex, Thanks a lot, but I got a bit lost in "then heat the end of the spring and bend it up away from the bracket you will that you will not be able to get it the bracket without doing this"

this is what I think you mean, please confirm, after straighting out the long end of the spring, I have to heat the last coil and bend that end of the spring (like almost unfolding the spring) but by almost how many degrees??

See this please.

Alex and everyone else, thanks for your input

one more thing, since the RRP bracket comes with dual breathers, what should I do to the existing (stock) breather/cables hole.

thanks
