roundnose pole on a square, mod the chinpad?

So I just finished modding my SN for a RN handlepole. [super easy fyi]. Only thing left to do now is wrap the pole in green and get a chinpad on. I've seen people post about modding the SN pad to work, but can't seem to figure out how they did it. Any pointers?

Can you post some pics of what you did so far? I just bought a SN that is rockered, so it kinda gives it a newer look, but I've got three poles and theyre all the old big, heavy style. I'd love to convert to the RN style or even a AM pole.

I don't take pics as I go normally. Just cut the nose down on the RN pole and cut the stand for the handlepole hold up bar off the SN bracket, then slightly grind the hood hook outsides down and presto it fits.

I ended up having to grind the inside edges of whats left of he nose cap as well. Again, really easy just lots of checking to do as little as possible.
