So I got some pictures back from the Blowsion party and took them into work to show a co-worker who used to surf a lot and even would ride his buddy's 440 in the surf, well another guy saw the pictures when he said, and I quote

"Man those guys are pretty good, imagine what they could do on a seadoo."

I looked at him and said

"You do realize that they are upside down in those pictures don't you?"

"Yeah I know but wouldn't you be able to do more on a seadoo or a jet ski you could sit down on?"

I said "No but you could go faster, well you couldn't but someone who knew how to ride one could."

His last comment: "I don't know man I still think that it would be easier to do tricks and stuff on a seadoo."

I shook my head and walked away. . .

wtf... people just dont effing understand the amount of suck that is involved when learning to ride a stand up. not only that people are just gahhhh brain dead when it comes to this almost "underground" sport.

i wish people had better knowledge of this. just like i hate going to the beach and people ask. wow how did you find such an old jetski, why not buy somthing newer. im like uhhh this is a 2003. there like ooo well i dont understand why they still make them. i just end up smiling and walking away before i go into a long explaination how my superjet is way more kick ass then any gtx sea doo :p

He's just thinking they are both jet skis and they both go on water. Ask him if he thinks it'll be easier to do a backflip on a dirt bike that goes 80 MPH top speed, or in a corvette that can do 220 MPH. Both can move you accrossed land, but the faster one is less agile. If he gives you anything other than a nod, he's an idiot and brush it off.

Possible idiotic responses could be.

The car with the correct ramp.
The aerodynamics of the car will make it flip better.
That extra speed makes the car jump better.
I sniffed glue.
My mother smoked crack.

i dident read everyones reply, but i was thinking the same thing. you got twice the power and a supercharger with a sea-doo :scratchchin: on top of that you dont half to search for one of them old standups, you can get a sea-doo at the yamaha dealer :party: and start doing backflips and work your way up to a double and triple flip within a few weeks

That would be true, the seapoo is much more stable and has a larger seat. . .
