It's finally time that i moved on from my square and got a hull that I'll be able to progress quite a bit faster. Last season was my second year riding and I was finally starting to get inverted and ready to move onto rolls. I ended last season working on rolls for the first time, and I ended up over rotating an inverted stab that turned into a 2/3 roll. It was fun ;)
Anyways, the opportunity came up to take part in being one of the first people to test out a new hull and I couldn't say no. @Dalton, after learning an absolute ton from his first build, decided he wanted to go for a freestyle ski this time around, except a different way than most people. I was super honored that Dalton asked me for some insight on different aspects on this ski and that I was able to be involved in the design process. @Joker helped collaborate some ideas with me and Dalton as well. The top deck, handle pole, footholds, and other things on this hull were completely designed on CAD software to allow easy changes. After tons of prototyped models, Dalton came up with a hull that I honestly think looks absolutely amazing. The last model he sent me was right on the money, and I definitely approved! I'll be honest, without even riding it, the aesthetics won me over. I can't say too much since they will release the specifics shortly. It'll be adjustable length, different pump tunnel sizes, all the options but for the budget minded.
The best part is that the plugs of everything but the bottom deck were 3D printed.

1/12 scale model of the top deck. Isn't she cute?

And there's the beauty.. I would release some more pics, but it's not at my disclosure to spoil anymore. Soon though!

My setup:
Hull:
Most likely all fiberglass but I might toy with the idea of a lighter layup with carbon reinforcements in the high stress areas . Depends on what the budget allows! It should be pretty light.
Black gel coat, red decals and registration stickers, a combination of black molded diamond and two tone white and black Diamond turf.
Footholds will be a slide and twist to lock in style, also adjustable.
Pole will be fiberglass.
Will most likely be using a rage composites ball scupper.
Blowsion steering and shortened turnplate with my 50mm risers, etc.

Driveline:
Holeshot ported 701 cylinders
B pipe limited mani and headpipe bored out to 48mm
Carbon tech reeds
Single 44mm carb
Protec cdi
OCD solutions coil
Lightened flywheel
33cc domes
Bored nozzle(stubby cone also if I need it)
Stock 144mm pump with a 9/15 hooker.
I will most definitely be flipping and rolling this ski this season ;)

Should have everything built, tuned, and ready to rip by the dell's Freeride!

No promises, but I should have mine before the end of the month as long as there aren't any snags that come up.
