Other Roleez beach dolly - ideas needed

Hi guys, just picked up this Roleez beach dolly. I need to configure a tongue to be able to pull it behind a 4 wheeler on the beach.

any ideas?

Make a piece out of aluminum or pvc that will slip into the front and use pins to hold it in place like on a trailer hitch. Similar to this (but modified):

U could do a double pivot pt. That way the beach and ramp won't be an issue. One pivot at the al cross bar and one bythe trailer hitch. I'm assuming ur using a hitch on the quad??
 
you have to raise the bunks up a couple of inches using some square stock aluminum and then you could mount an oversized piece of square stock in the middle and use a smaller piece that fits into the channel of the larger one. We use the newer version of that cart for wavedaze and thats how it is set up. ill post pics tomorrow in the daylight

I didn't - I use Ron's

you have to raise the bunks up a couple of inches using some square stock aluminum and then you could mount an oversized piece of square stock in the middle and use a smaller piece that fits into the channel of the larger one. We use the newer version of that cart for wavedaze and thats how it is set up. ill post pics tomorrow in the daylight

That's kinda what I was thinking, but wanted to see if anyone had another idea that I might not be thinking of.

i thought about filling the tires with water , like a john deere yea ha
but then i thought more about it ...... i dont go to the beach

Just mount a piece of square tube on the bottom side connecting the 2 wheel axle bars and run it out to where you need it. If to low than just throw in an angled section after clearing the front of the ski.
