When you do the RN to SN do u use the SN on the bracket on the ski or install the RN? Which is easier?

It is easier to use a bracket made for the SN to RN pole conversion. Check out Fryhazard, he produces them from time to time. The stock SN bracket can be used with lots of grinding.

You just have to grind the bottom of the pole correct?

You have to chop the sh*t out of the pole, and run special bushings or sh*t load washers. if i had to doit again i would get flyharzard bracket.

I'm still waiting on the next batch of FryHazard brackets. Kind of like Joel is waiting for his print cartridges (sitting just to my right for 2 months) and power supply which I have yet to find.

I bit the bullet and went with the Fryhazard. Keep an eye out if your not wanting to wait for the next batch. One was up the other day and later an anodized one which I snagged, along with a RN pole for cheap that needs some TLC that I was going to do anyway regardless of the condition of the pole.
You slacker! I'm probably going to be out that way more pretty soon when my ski goes in the lab
